MCTF2?

What happened with the MCTF2 servers? I know a couple months back people were destroying the maps, and then the servers went offline. But their website says it is in development and to go here for updates? Where would those updates be?

It means that if there are any update on MCTF2 it will be posted here. Anyway the devs are still working on it and if there is any news about it there will most likely be a thread in the anouncement sub-forum about MCTF2.
