I'm not getting a desktop because:
1) I can't build anything.
2) Don't know anything about the parts
3) Might use laptop for other stuff
4) Computers are obviously portable
5) If I make a thread for a laptop, I don't really want a desktop.

You don't need to build it entirely by your own just go to a computer store that offer service for building your computer. You then only need to decide the spec.

I would not recommend either of them because they do not have dedicated graphics cards in them.

But Fps doesn't always mean everything on a server though, it's the actual Internet connection as well, so chest opening delays, hitting player delays etc. is due to the Internet that's why I suck atm, even with a 4k dollar laptop :/

Or, custom build a desktop, you don't need to put it together you can pay to get it put together.
