We could possibly just put a minecraft bin or something, thats zipped, then i could do a tutorial video to how to install the mod.

Sry, but noone is allowed to give out Minecraft jar files.... So that would'nt be possible. Either custom client and nearly no players at all (and a new hack for the custom client) or players and hackers as usual.
