I think it would be cool to have a section in the application where you can talk about general information. Maybe say what you are good at, the type of person you are ect. If that would be too general, you could make it so that it has to be something that relates to being a Moderator on the MCGamer network, whether it being a comment about something affecting your time schedule to be a Moderator or something else.

Thank you for this suggestion, but we already have something similar like this.
During your interview there is a section where we ask you some questions to get to know you more.

We feel like it being in the interview is more genuine then in written text.
