MCGamer Problem Searcher
Hello MCGamer community,
I've noticed a recurring set of problems coming up continuously on the forums and the support emails, many of which have a pretty simple explanations or requirements to be fixed. Yet none of the inquiries are very consistent, and very often I have to ask people for the most basic information (like people complain about their MC account not being ranked, yet they never give me the name of their MC account to look up).
As such, I've taken the liberty of making a simplified and centralized form that people can use to search for proper solutions to the most common problems that come up. This tool should be the first line of troubleshooting for players to use, as it will allow them to easily address the problem on their end. Each section contains a description of the problem, the cause of the problem (if given), and instructions on solving the problem as well.
You can find the current build of the MCGamer Problem Searcher here by clicking this sentence!
If there are any errors with the Problem Searcher, or if there are any errors you'd like to see added, please tell us in the comments.
I invite members to try it out! And if you're just exploring, be sure to note how many potential issues the staff deals with on a daily basis.
