why is MCSG's name still MCGamer even though they removed every single game from the Antvenom Network?

Because it's a Network that hosts Minecraft Survival Games. There are loads of other, fun, game modes on here.

The network has been named MCGamer since far before the AntVenom merge, because we've always had multiple gamemodes. MCGamer is a large hub of gamemodes, mainly centralizing around MCSG and the like gamemodes. While MCSG is definitely the main gametype and focus, we've had the AntVenom gamemodes, creative, survival, battlegrounds, mctf2, tekkit, ftb, etc. therefore it was in the best interest to expand the branding of the server to include all of these gamemodes owned by us into one centralized Minecraft network.
