MCSG will only use the MCSG plugin. If your map requires another plugin to operate, then it will not be accepted.

It really depends on how you want to make it.
Say if you just want to make a park that is creepy or if you want to try and make it realistic, it all depends on you.

personaly i think it would be cool if you tried to make all the same structures that are in the game and then have chests scattered across the map, thats just me thow.
