Map Problems (inescapable holes of no purpose)

So far I've only found one, but there might be others...basically, it's a pit that leads to a cave, but the cave has no purpose: no chests, nothing. Just a cave that you can't escape from.

There are some holes that haven't been covered up or fixed, im not sure if these were made for a purpose or not, so just avoid them for the time being (and trap people in them )
