I don't have a 64 bit OS. 64 bit java is only compatible with 64 bit OS's

Could you post you complete PC specs? I may know the issue but upon knowing your specs on your PC/laptop (idk which you have) I might be wrong.

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Processor 3.00 GHz
RAM: 4096 mb
HDD: 500 gb
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 ti

As stated before, this computer is capable of running both GTAIV and Skyrim on high graphics settings at with no fps drops.

Alright, first check to make sure your Java is up-to-date. Next, make sure advanced OpenGL is on and your performance is on MaxFPS.

It's fine. It is just because Javaw is bloating up so badly. Using 1,000,000k in task manager.

I might just have to wait for 1.3, and turn off Vsync
