Looking for Leadership

Hey guys NativeTalent here and I recently started a clan. We are off to a great start. I want to expand this clan to a global level. Im looking for leaders from anywhere in the world. I would like the leader to have great leadership skills as well as following direction skills. So I'm making this thread in search of those people who have those qualities. So In no less than 300 words tell me about yourself and why you feel you are qualified for this position and why you would want to join my clan #Kronic. I don't know how many people will actually do it but I'm taking a shot at it. Please cover these topics in your essay/application: PvP skills, why do you want to be a part of #Kronic, What kind of skills can you bring to this team, how much time are you willing to put into the clan, Do you work well with others, and Can you follow directions. Please include your skype name so I have a way to contact you if you get accepted. If your application is good you will be sent to the interview stage. From there you become a sort of "trial" leader and will be on probation. If we feel you are doing a great job you will be promoted to full leader and will have control of that section of your clan.
