List of Allowed Mods

I have a question: Are all ALL mods banned (with the exception of Optifine), or some mods are allowed?

I am asking this question, since I use Rei's Minimap as a compass (I know, use F3 to find the direction, but I am a lazy person, and waypoints are useless, as you are changing servers all the time. Entities Tracker is disabled on most servers.), and I just want to know if that is allowed. If not, no big deal, I can just make a new Magic Launcher profile specific for MCSG, with just Optifine.

So yeah. I just want this question answered, and thanks!

Rei's minimap is not allowed on these servers. It is stated in the rules of MCSG. Please take off the hack.
