Joey is a YouTuber, and a popular one at that. He knows, and should know, that with a popular channel, comes people who dislike you, and enjoy being a troll in general. If he wants to continue doing what he's doing, he needs to let it go. He hardly ever has a successful game-- but look at his views, subscribers, and ratings. What he's doing now is working, and as difficult and annoying as it may be, that's basically something that comes with being a popular YouTuber. Yes-- the people who are targeting need to stop, but as we've seen, they don't, and if he wants to continue his series, and continue making a profit from it, he just needs to let it go.

People need to just let this go. Everything that happens on the Internet explodes into a battle of which side can offend, and harass the other more, and it's completely, and utterly stupid. Just ignore it. Let the people who it actually concerns deal with it, and leave it at that.

I know this thread was made to sort of discuss, and share your point, which is totally fine. I'm more or less addressing the situation entirely, rather than your thread.

My honest opinion on the Joey situation is "I don't have one, because I don't care". He's being targeted in a game, and essentially, that's part of being a popular YouTuber, and dying-- well, that's part of the game. Half of these situations have become this big deal that they have because his fans, his "haters"-- everyone, just takes it way too far and makes it into this big deal that it jaunt doesn't need to be.

Duck, I'm disappointed. You're basically saying we should throw this issue away because he should expect to be targeted. The amount of targetting he receives must be extremely frustrating. He's just trying to play a game.

It becomes even worse when mods join in on the fray, almost like they're encouraging the harassment. I feel bad for Joey, nobody should have to deal with what he deals with.

And

with the Gifs it's annoying when you post one on every thread.

There is no way he will ever quit making MCSG videos, mainly because of the amount of money he makes from that channel that he posts "Hunger Craft" on.

Also, Moderators or any staff member for that matter are currently not allowed to play with him, so things like this shouldn't happen again.

Okay. So let's say that Joey is fed up with MCSG, and quits, but he still wanted to make something Survival Games related. Even anybody with the fewest amount of brain cells in their head could transition over to The Hive in a snap, and since they give VIPs the ability to disguise, it's sounds like a better deal for Joey.

He could switch over, and his fans wouldn't give the slightest care in the world. All his fans who play here would go to the Hive, in hopes of searching for their beloved Joey Graceffa.

I hope you understand that Joey's MCSG views are basically nothing. If he quit the series he'd lose like 1% of his whole fanbase, in other words, meaning he loses nothing.

I don't even see why this topic had any point of being revived, he still plays "Hungercraft" and everything is subtle ATM. Honestly guys, he's dealing with the pain of getting targeted every single game, and has been for like what, 120 episodes or something? If he's still here nobody should care at all.

Well, all youtubers get targeted. It's just some peoples mentality to target people. I even get punched off of spawn/ targeted because of my wins/ points/ rank. I do have a recording of it ,but it'll probably never see the eyes of youtube. Sometimes you just kind of have to suck it up. Blamph, Shmoopies, Devon, and Tomahawk have all lived with it.

Duck isn't saying there's nothing to be done, she's simply saying that it something that comes along with being a popular Youtuber. If you are famous in that way, if you have a lot of points, if you're highly ranked, if you have a different colored name, you WILL be targeted. It is in the nature of the games. I myself experience this quite often, being relatively highly ranked, with 6000 points and a pink name, and the targeting can get annoying, but I move on, as does everybody else. This whole situation has honestly gotten out of hand, and blown way out of proportion. Joey gets targeted. That's too bad, but it's to be expected. That is no reason for threads to be made on the subject, for players to be kicked for killing Joey, or for mods being banned from playing with him. It's a massive overreaction to a situation that should really be creating no drama whatsoever.

Not exactly what I meant. This is certainly an issue-- I recognize that, and it sucks he has to deal with it, but VIP, and fame, go hand in hand with being targeted. What I'm trying to say, is that he needs to expect this. Every famous YouTuber gets it. It happens. My point is simply that everyone is making a big deal over something that happens to every famous YouTuber, and isn't really a big deal. It has nothing to do with him really, and rather the fact he's famous, and killing him is some kind of "achievement" in some people's books.

As for the gif-- it explains what I think, plus, it's Kingsley :p

Says the person targeting him in this video. Very disappointing seeing as your a mod.

Alright seeing as you're now just trying to cause trouble, this thread will be locked. It is doing nothing but attracting negative attention.
