Hey guys.
Most of you probably know me as a Senior Mod, but also in my free time I do a lot of art. Over the past three-four months I have been starting to do digital work (I have many years experience with Photoshop, but none with painting in Photoshop or any sort of digital drawing or painting) and slowly getting better, if I say so myself. I still mainly use physical mediums- I have taken art/painting classes for around 10 years, and really enjoy drawing.
So yeah, basically I've been making avatars to learn how to draw digitally. And well, I've only done one so far. But I have started a few more, and have many planned, and so this thread is just going to be a place for me to show them, and hopefully get some feedback, critique, etc.
One thing-no, I will not take requests. I already have a very long line of close friends who have asked me for one, and so at this point in time I will not take any requests, but in the future, who knows.
Also, another thing that I hope to do, is sell my work in the future in order to fund a new laptop, considering my current one struggles to run Minecraft on tiny render; Photoshop is a mission. I've been told by many people that I should totally be selling them, but the truth is, I don't know if there's anyone who would buy them. So, if you honestly think you would buy one, or that others would, please tell me.
I can do both Minecraft-style and realistic drawings, but I somewhat prefer realistic.
Anyway, here you are:
Finished Avatars~

Iuse Photoshop CS4, and my mouse and/or laptop trackpad. Never used a tablet, but it is one of the things I would like to buy if I end up making some money off my works.
And as I said above, I'm still learning about drawing in Photoshop- I only started Dec/Jan this year, and I'm constantly perfecting my technique.
All textures are Photoshop stock, or I have made them, unless otherwise expressed.
You can check out more of my traditional works on my DeviantArt here: http://le0plurad0n.deviantart.com/
Thanks, and be sure to leave feedback!
