I wanna ask you guys on what is based the leaderboard

On wins ?

Yes, its based on wins. Though it doesn't say everything, your amount of wins isn't equal to how "good" you are ( Someone with 100 wins and 8000 played games would be higer than someone with 50 wins and only 80 played games (Which is a higher win/lose ratio)).
