Hey folks,

After many anxious months of patience, we are proud to finally unveil the culmination of our work. The Devs and their helpers have been hard at work bringing you all the shiny new toys that you have been requesting for quite some time. Shiny new leaderboards. Shiny new website. Shiny new mobile site. Shiny new Shinies.

But as with all updates, bugs and issues are to be expected. The Developers are currently tasked with fixing the bugs and addressing the issues, but it's important that the community knows about them as well. As such, here is a listing of the most pressing bugs that we are currently aware of.

1. Stats Resets Not Working (Currently Researching)
Some users have reported that, when they are attempting to reset their stats, the system redeems the token but does not actually reset their stats.

The Developers are currently looking into the matter.

If you redeemed a Stats Reset and your stats have not been reset, it is imperative that you contact [email protected] ASAP. Be sure to include your minecraft username and a description of the issue. The Support Team will be able to refund your Stats Reset Tokens once the issue is fixed.

2. Credits purchases not registering (False Alarm.)
Similar to the above, some users have reported that, upon purchasing MCGamer Credits from the Webstore, no credits are actually added to their account.

The issue has not yet been seen in action, nor have we been able to replicate it. Further investigation is required into this matter. Player assistance is requested.

If you purchased an MCGamer Credits Package and you have not received them after waiting 24 hours after purchase, it is imperative that you contact [email protected] ASAP. Be sure to include your minecraft username and a description of the issue. The Support Team will be able to refund your Credits once the issue is fixed.
Credits purchases are working fine, and apparently always have been.

Please remember to wait up to 24 hours before reporting that a purchase you have made did not go through; the Buycraft server sometimes takes time to process requests, especially under heavy load.

3. Some Wins Not Registering (Requires further investigation)
Some players have reported that MCSG wins are not registering under certain conditions. Some suggest that it occurs on specific maps, others suggest it occurs when the winner takes no damage in death match. It's entirely possible that it occurs at random. No specific reason has been isolated yet.

The issue has not yet been seen in action, nor have we been able to replicate it. Further investigation is required into this matter. Player assistance is strongly requested.

4. Website theme is too bright (Currently Addressing)
Maybe to really a bug, but a common complaint that we see. The new MCGamer Xenforo style has a lot of white space, and makes the screen appear very bright. In fact, it is too bright for the preferences of many of our website users.

Chad is getting into contact with our web designer tonight to ask if a dark version of the MCGamer theme can be made. If so, we should have a Dark MCGamer Xenforo theme at the beginning of summer.

Remember that it is essential for the community to report bugs, since that information is crucial for when the Developers go to fix them. It saves a lot of time and effort to know what an issue looks like, what causes it, and how it can be fixed, and those steps start with proper reports and evidence.

In my case, they were both on Demons' breeze and I think I have the evidence too, will do asap! :p
