Laggs and Disconnects

Hi Minecraft Survival Games- Community,
Im trying now for about 2 days to get into a game and play without laggs / DCs.
But there is a problem. Everytime I join a server , it works normally without laggs for about 2 minutes. After this time , im getting extremely laggs and my FPS rate is dropping extremely.
Im not sure what to do , i already tried to delete .Minecraft folder. But it didnt work at all.
And i know my PC isnt too bad for MC. Please Help me guys .

Sorry, this never happens to me. I will occasionally get a crash or Minecraft will run out of memory, but nothing similar to this.

Yes... you must update your driver to not get a crash.

The 24 people, chunk loadathon, and the 24 entities moving quickly, causes the lag.
To help boost your performance try optifine, it makes it so I have NO lag client-side or running out of memory. It is approved by the server and the moderators.

I would use the smooth version to completely kill lag.

well thanks for ur help , but ive still got a problem, i cant download it, well i doesnt start to download i mean.

downloadet optifine but adds only 10 fps -.-

well i installed optifine , but it still stucks after 2-3min. Im not sure what it is. My Connection is not bad , my PC is fine too and other servers work perfectly. Please Help me <.<

yyes only this servers lagg, or? i think they have bad server... no money = bad servers...

I have the same problem god damnit, I wish i could play MCSG without lagg -.-
