Lagging out?

Most people I have found have an issue with "lagging out" which means everything just stops working, chunks will not load and you cannot move. Therefor making the player leave the server so they don't loose points. If their is anyway to fix this or anyway to fix the plugin this would be so much better of a server!

Poor connection with the server, try getting better interwebs, don't use wireless, don't download stuff whilst playing etc. etc. Unless the server lags out all of the players I doubt it is a server issue.

Get optifine and play on low settings, if worse, on the lowest possible, not just the render distance and the fancy graphics, but everything that you can find in the video options.
