A lot of the time lag is client-sided. To reduce lag, make sure you only have Minecraft running and maybe skype or teamspeak.

I have to be honest, since 2 days ago the EU server have suddenly started lagging for me ( lag spikes ) While the US server do not at all, I am from the EU btw.

It may be that the internet in those locations are being slow. Whether it's an issue with the database or a connection hub, we won't know.

BTW, when I say connection hub, I don't mean the McGamer hubs.

Always check that before complaining about server side lag. It seems that over the past few months, a lot of internet backbones have been constantly breaking. There's unfortunately nothing we can do about that.

I have some bugs that I have reported , but I am not going to talk for the lag. I don't have to. It is obvious it is my connection. Everyone can understand that it's his connection if he's lagging.
