Kicked to make room for donor

Does anyone know what makes you applicable for being kicked to make room for a donor. I agree because they donated that they can join any server no matter what but it feels like every 2nd game I am in I am the one getting kicked. Is it random or is there any rules to it?

You're actually the last, but lag makes it seem like you're second? That's my best guess

The donators can't choose who to kick when they join a game. It's because you are the last person who didn't have a special rank in that game and you're the most suitable person to be kicked. I've been kicked alot to make room for donors myself. I agree it is annoying, but they have supported the server by donating a amount of money. I believe that they deserve it. All you have to do is join a new game.
