What does that mean? I waited for quite a time to get on, and I get kicked.
What is 'donor'

Yes, this is very normal. The people that donate to the server are allowed access to full servers by kicking the last joined spectator. This is the only thing that donors get that regular members don't.

Can there be 'reserved spots' so when a donator joins, they dont kick the other player?

No. Because that would be a waste of slots. Kicked so a donor can play=kicked so a donor can play.

No... it'd probably make all the servers laggy to have so many reserved spots, and it wouldn't encourage people to become a donor. It's a pain to get into a server when you're not a donor, but it's not impossible. Just keep trying.
