Kicked for flying?

Hello, I recentley played a game of sg and it was going pretty good. I sat in a boat and rode around and suddenly...I was kicked for flying :C. This makes me prettys sad due to the fact A) I wasn't flying only riding around in a boat B) When i got kicked i lost more than a hundred points :C

Is this a common bug and if so are you working on fixing it or was it just some random bug? I want to know if i should avoid traveling in boats in the future.

I've had this in lobby, so much lag that I got kicked for flying or related!
