Hi, I would like to report/inquire as to how this player was able to kill 3 people in 3 hits each with a stick...

That is suspicious. Either a huge coincidence or some kind of hacking. However, you need video evidence of hacking to report a player. Next time if you think someone is hacking, try to record them.

Either this guy is hacking or if you were playing on the map called rugged lands, there are 3 sticks called 'hobosticks' which have the same power of a sword and extra knockback. If you were not playing on rugged lands then he was most definitely a hacker.

That map is Fortune Island.

In other words, he can't be banned because you have no proof.

There's a glitch where you can punch people to death with your fist - but your fist damage is equal to a stone sword. (or diamond sword - idk)

Nothing can be done about hackers without video evidence. Another alternative would be getting in touch with a moderator (Preferably over teamspeak) and telling them about hackers as you see them.
