If someone posted on a video that no one put a reply for over a month, and then some random guy would post on it, the video will be locked for Necro. Just like on a thread.

I think the point of a Necropost is that it digs up old, irrelevant threads, which are now useless.
Say someone posted "Are you ready for Christmas?" on December 1st, 2013. The last person posts on January 2nd, and then no one touches it for a while.
Then someone comes and says something on it, a month later, but the thread was about CHRISTMAS of LAST YEAR.
Get it?

A video, such as on YouTube, never really loses relevance, because it can be used for educational purposes, entertainment, etc. and filtering between which was educational and which are irrelevant is too time-consuming.
Also, even if it were a video about Christmas songs or something, it could be used next year, while the Thread about Christmas would be less useful, and possibly a little bit tougher to find.
