joining donor chat on teamspeak help

for teamspeak im unable to join the donor chats and im a gold donor my teamspeak name is AeRaGraphics can anyone help me out or something please

Go in teamspeak and poke a Sr. Mod with reason : Hey, im a gold donator can you give me the rank on here + your account link so they see.
