take a screenshot of it and save the file then hit upload a file and choose the screenshot

To post an image from Minecraft (assuming you've already taken the image using f2), follow these steps:

1. Go to http://imgur.com.
2. Click "upload images."
3. Find your screenshots file in the .minecraft folder. Click on the screenshot you wish to upload.
4. Wait for it to upload. Once it is finished, click on the image.
5. Copy the link of the image to your clipboard.
6. On the forums, click the "Image" button in your ribbon.
7. Paste the image link.
8. Click "Insert"
