Is This Computer Good?

I just want to know if this computer is a great computer for minecraft. I'm looking for a gaming PC for the range of 600$-800$. Not only minecraft but also games like steam games. Should I get this computer?
Just telling you now that I will most likely upgrade some things but even without upgrades. It will be way better then playing on tiny render distance on the lowest setting and getting 40 fps. Should I?

IMO, Dell laptops are WAY too overpriced.
Would you like a laptop or a desktop computer? If you'd like a desktop, building it yourself is the best way to go when you don't have a huge budget.
If you'd like a laptop, check out the Asus S56C:

There are probably some better ones out there, notably from HP, but this is the one I use and I haven't had too many problems with it.

I would prefer a desktop and I have seen other people but and use this plus I would rather buy a PC instead of building one. I know building one is cheaper but I would rather buy it.

Then I guess the XPS 8700 is good, I'm not much of a computer guy so I can't really tell you any more than that
