Is my PC good enough to run Minecraft really well?

So I have been playing minecraft for a while now, but I can only get it to run 20-50fps. I downloaded optifine and got it to work but it has not helped as much. Here are my PC specs:
6gb RAM
Processor: i5 CPU @ 1.70 GHz
600 gb of memory.

I have a dell insporin ultrabook 14z.

Can someone tell me how to find the GPU and the graphic card on my PC.

20-50 FPS is more then most players get. Make sure you are getting the right optifine to suit your computer though

If I got 20-50 fps on a regular basis I would be so happy. My computer is awful.

The ram is fine, processor is very weak.

I hate showing off. But I sometimes hit 110 fps on these servers with optifine

The prsser is really weak get a new one my computer has the I 11 @ 190 so I can hit about 1120 fps

Make sure you get the right optifine like Zeno said and try lowering your settings if u want better fps since optifine gives u quite a few options/settings. And can you tell us what your video card is?

He can get up to 1500 with everything on tin.

But he gets an average 500 when making it look pretty.

Dont forget the shaders then i only get 60fps
