Also, why is the server list not showing the server's status properly? Whenever I see one that says lobby it's always mid-game. :/

And I know I should be patient, but do you have any idea when they'll answer me? To they check it every day?

Some of the servers don't refresh properly on that page sometimes, but most of them should be correct.

As far as your second question, I'm not sure as I've never had to send one personally.
