If you have not received your rank 24 hours after the purchase, please contact our support email ([email protected]) and provide all the necessary information they need to know in order to give you your rank. This includes your Minecraft in-game name, a link to your forums account and the receipt you received after you bought the rank.
Do notice that it can take up to 1-7 business days for them to respond (this does not include the weekend), so please patiently wait for a reply.
