Click the "servers" tab and select a server that's in Lobby, or restarting. If you chose restarting, you might have to wait a but for it to restart, but I'd you chose lobby, go to your minecraft servers list and click "add server." Then just out the ip you found into the bar, click done, scroll down to it and click "Join server."

Etc.
EU 1-40
eu1.mcsg.in

Etc.
AU 1-12

And a rarely used testing server: US69.mcsg.in
To actually join one of these servers, follow the guidelines listed above.
