This started happening today when I was playing out of nowhere my blocks just went invisible like as shown bellow.

I tried downloading a texture pack and equipping this but that only was a temporary solution for like 30 seconds before the same thing happened. I have reinstated Minecraft, updated Java and my drivers with no joy. As of right now I cannot play Minecraft so if anyone one has any solutions I love you <3

This is normally a result of a java crash. This can mean instead of Minecraft.exe crashing some blocks will go funny. I had it when in a 10 block radius turned invisible. But, if you updated and reinstalled your java I don't know what went wrong?
Is your FPS dropping aswell? Just wondering..

Are you using CameraStudio? CStudio and Optifine both have had this bug in the past. Try turning your render down, chunk-loading from default to smooth, and fancy to fast graphics. I don't see how, but the only other thing I can think of from the info you've given so far is that your Minecraft is corrupting itself...but I don't see how that's possible without immediate crashes.

What version of MC were you running? 1.7.9? If so, use 1.7.5/1.7.4/1.7.2 with corresponding Optifine version and without.

Attempt to join other non-MCG servers and see if the bug replicates there.

The possible cause of your bug is most likely an Optifine issue, a memory issue, a chunk issue (weird and unlikely), or a serverside issue (why I asked you to try going to different servers).

Yeah I think that might be the problem. Memory. When you get low memory your minecraft fails to recieve information as it just can't go anywhere. In this case the blocks. Try adding more allocated RAM to your minecraft.
Sorry, if I'm wrong. c:
