QUARTER QUELL Invis People in DeathMatch

Half the time I play Quarter Quell I get killed in deathmatch because people are invisible, Please tell me why this is happening

There is a bug in bukkit where when players are teleported to an unloaded part of the map the player becomes permanently invisible. We have been trying to find a workaround to bypass this bug.
