Well, the picture says it all. What is this? This has happend to me, SO many times! I get kicked because of this. Might not be mcsg, maybe an outdated java client but if anyone know how to fix this, please respond.

Well, I'm going to go with your theory of it being an outdated java client, because this usually only happens when the servers reset, and from the way you worded it, they weren't resetting.
You can update your Java client on the website found here: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

If it continues happening after you update, or if you can't update, make sure you don't have any mis-installed minecraft mods, and that your Internet connection is working properly.

Yeah done so, but still this happend. My minecraft is clean (only optifine) and my internet is great. Can't find the problem. Thanks for reply.

Updating Java usually works, but since it didn't for you...
you might have to do something with your computer's dns connection, there's a guide stickied somewhere here...

here, it might not be the same error, but you can try.
