Insufficient Talking Power in TeamSpeak?

You were probably in a non-talking channel. Try to join donor chat 1 and see what happens.

Ok I tried that, but this error came up: insufficient client permissions (failed on i_channel_join_power). I suck at Teamspeak if you haven't noticed xP

If you're not iron donor poke a mod and they can assign you the rank. Otherwise idk
