Description of the bug: The leaderboard ranks are frozen in place. Getting more wins than the person above you does not rank you up. In this screenshot,

MLGMajestic should be above Huahwi, and knowledgeguy should be above gesuto10. It gets worse the further down you go.

I thought it wasnt ONLY about wins that matters?
And MLGMajestic apperantly boosts, so...

It is only wins that matter. Unless there are people with the same number of wins, where it's then switched to points. Unless it's changed in the last day or so

the leaderboards update once every day. It is normal for that to happen.

Yup what Ag | Alex said they refresh 12 AM PST, if I'm correct.

The leaderboards update every 24 hours, so this is a normal occurrence.
