Im not a donor anymore?

I am a Diamond donor on MCSG and so as my friend, MrMushroom101 (Iron donor) and we recently just went on MCSG and saw that we cant get on because we aren't donors anymore? We have it for 3 months but, it has only been 1 month. Please let me know whats going on, we really love the server and we would love it even more if we were donors. I think something happened when the servers crashed the other day or something. Please let me know.

First, check your paypal history like BlitzCometITU said. If you did in fact buy 3 months, email [email protected] and describe the problem to them and they will sort it out.
