If the server is in the lobby stage, will it kick a non-donator to make space for you in the upcoming game?

Donors will kick whoever was the last to join the spectator group. Everyone in the lobby is in the spectator group, so yes if you donate you will be able to join any game that is in lobby. In fact, thats the best use of donor status in my opinion, joining a game in lobby.
