i type in the ip but it says it will not respawn ive typed in us1.mcsg.in ive tried nambers 1 to 17

Ok, first you type in the IP. Eg. us1.mcsg.in
You wait until its deathmatch.
When it shuts down, just wait until it comes back up and click join.

Whenever you die in a game make sure you press respawn as well if you want to guarantee this bug wont happen the next time you join.
Also did you try connecting to the same server again after as the bug should have fixed after you get that error on the server
