Very nice builds, I like your modern style: modern builds are something I was never good at.
Like said above though, it is necessary that we see this without a texture pack simply so we can have the best viewings of it.

Overall I would say the build style is nice but on the interiors I would watch your use of space and on some of the buildings I would say be careful with use of materials there are loads of good tutorials on youtube though
