Omg. ! So i have Windows 7 and i cant shift click to collect stuff from the chest . Is it possible to fix this ??

You can't shift click because of sticky keys?

Try to see if sticky keys is enabled (as stated above), and open the ease troubleshooter support to permanently remove it (unsure if it's called that though )
