I need help, How do i upload My TwitchTv livestream to the media page?

Hey guys, I just started Live streaming today. But i cant seem to get some people watching. I am trying to upload my channel to the media page but it wont work... Can someone tell me how it works? Thanks

So first of all you need to upload the twitch footage to Youtube. After you have done that you got to the Media section of the forums and submit your video. Everything else if self-explanatory.
