From personal experience, it depends on what the witnesses say they saw. I got in a fight in 8th grade, don't tell anyone, and this kid punch me 3 times. I did not really want to fight back, but I got tired of it and hit him. He started crying and the only thing anyone saw was me hitting him. I realized violence is never the answer

On a side note: I Spectral_Slayed him, but I regret it
