I get disconnected when I'm killed

I have played two rounds and when I died, I got disconnected. Minecraft turns into the dirt background and I have to restart it to do anything. When I join on the same server and it hasn't restarted yet, I get the same result. I only had it 2 times today, I am not sure if it will continue.

Should be something client sided, try redownloading minecraft. if it happens again

Yeah I get this problem sometimes too...I think its because minecraft just crashed try doing what Molotov said sounds good :d
