I can't join

It always just says unknown host, help! I used to be able to join.

Firstly, I would like to suggest that you follow the instructions listed here - http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/cant-resolve-hostname-fix.17539/

In the case this does not work, ensure that you have spelt the server address correctly as an 'Unknown Host' error means the hostname cannot be made into a valid server IP Address.

I get this issue every now and then, just double check the IP is correct, then join again, this usually works for me.
