I can't get a stats reset.

Hello! I just made my new MCSG account since i forgot the pass to my old one and I tried to buy a stats reset. When I did, I got to the part when it says to give your username. I gave my username and it asked me for it again. I did it again. Then it took me to the upgrade home page. I tried again and the same thing happened. Help?

Hmm maybe you should try again after clearing your cookies and cache in your browsers settings. Just let me know if you don't know how to do that and I will show you how.

I'm not sure if this is true, but maybe it is case sensitive. Have you tried typing your IGN exactly as it is?
