I can't enter a server, I'm sad :c

Everytime a server is restarting,I wait and it keeps saying connection refused or End of Stream, and when I finally can get in, it is already full, any tips on that?

Obvious one would be donate, but not many people are able to do that, my best tip is once deathmatch is done WAIT, try not to connect straight away, if you wait till it shows green status and your able to login, you should be able to get in that way.

Before I was donor this happened to me a lot. What I would do is count to ten Mississippi then refresh and repeat this until it was back. I figured out that if ou refresh over and over too much the server will say commuunication error.
