I am an Iron donor.. I still get no priority.

Hello, I donated 10$ about four days ago.. I sent an E-mail about it and no response.. I have no priority in the EU server and US..
Can someone help?

It says you are on the forums. Maybe you weren't playing on the US servers?

I try to join EU... then I tried the US servers.. still nothing. Just says they are full.

Are you sure you typed your minecraft name correct on the forums?

You won't be able to obtain priority on the EU servers if you only donated to the US. That's how it works. If you are unable to get in US, then that's an issue you need to bring up with a staff member on Teamspeak. That's the best way to contact them, imo.

Hey there, i see you have already contacted the email. There are a lot of emails sent to that daily so it could take a little longer for yours to be looked at. The only problem i see is if you put your IGN incorrectly on the forums.
