How to Reduce (SERIOUS) Lagg

Hello I am haecshadow and today I will be talking to you about fixing your lagg. If you get more than 100 FPS This probably doesn't matter to you.
Ok first things first, Goto your internet browser and paste this at the top: http://optifined.net/adloadx.php?f=OptiFine_1.4.5_HD_D5.zip
Now open run and type in %appdata% and at the top should be .minecraft then, goto the bin folder and edit minecraft with WINRAR then scroll down find your META-INF Delete it, Then drag all the opti-fine Material inside minecraft start your minecraft and press CONTROL and done. Now to optimize your settings,

15FPS:Fancy, Far Etc.
50FPS:Fast, Normal
70FPS:Fast, Short +55
100FPS:Fast, Tiny Cloud OFF.

Without Optifine:
1FPS:Fancy, Far Etc.
4FPS:Fast, Normal
10FPS:Fast, Short +55
15FPS:Fast, Tiny Cloud OFF.

With Optifine:
2FPS:Fancy, Far Etc.
5FPS:Fast, Normal
16FPS:Fast, Short +55
22FPS:Fast, Tiny Cloud OFF.

Although that is on this netbook I'm stuck with using at the moment which is owned by my school xP My gaming computer would get over 800 average frames on normal-tiny w/optifine.

Sorry, but I'm really confused by what you've said. What do I do once I've downloaded Optifine? xD And I'm just using a laptop~

That is a damn good machine....

I get an average of 300-400, but that's playing on far.
