I am new and can somebody tell me how to get on the server

Yeh well bassicaly it's just a matter of luck, most games are in progress or deathmatch.

if you go to the servers section on the website look for servers in lobby then copy paste the ip and join.

A good time to join is during a restart or during a match. Another tactic is pressing refresh repeatedly until a slot opens. Good luck!

You can also find a game (us/eu[#].mcsg.in) That has very few people in it and wait for the deathmatch, then rejoin when it kicks you.
