My friend gifted me Iron donor yesterday and I just made my mcsg account, so how do I claim it or whatever ._.?

It should come through automatically, within 24 hours. If it does not come through, you should get your friend to email [email protected] and it will be sorted, with no loss of days from your donorship period.
